board and clerk

The Board consists of an appointed Clerk, the Chair, and the Heads of each department, namely Research and Development, Media, Human Resources, and Accounting. The Board has two primary functions: providing oversight and approval of all aspects of Hereditarius as detailed in the quarterly report, and approving applications for new houses.

The Board is responsible for the statutory filings of the group, as well as any paperwork or processes required by the organization, including its individual guilds. The following documents are submitted as applicable. For members, a Product Requirements Document must be filed to create a new house. For quarterly reporting, House Masters must file the designated reporting forms below.

r&d commercial services

Research and Development is responsible for overseeing the development of all guild products and services. This includes management of the entire supply chain, from initial creation and stock checks through to delivery and post-delivery service, including returns processed via the Hereditarius shop.

Each guild is responsible for maintaining its own stock, which is overseen by the Guild Master. This stock is made available to any guild related house for sale, effectively populating the storefront for that house.

Inventory

To view the full list of products and services offered, click on the relevant category. Each listing includes the item's cost and profit margin, along with any applicable stock notes for reference. Please note that the storefront only includes repeatable stock items; exceptional items such as rare antiquities are not listed and are handled separately. :

third party

Many guild products and services are also offered through third-party providers in addition to the main Hereditarius shop. Please note that the use of third-party services typically incurs an associated service charge.

Third-party sales are integrated into the group store and inventory through embedded links. Although these transactions are processed externally, they remain visible within the group's storefront. It is important to note that third-party providers operate their own separate delivery infrastructure. You can access our third party infrastructure below.

accounts

Accounts compiles expenses and profits for hereditarius and its guilds; reports on quarterly kpis and approves the guild and hereditarius budgets. The accounting sheet is a customizable template for tracking daily business transactions for Hereditarius and its guilds. After selecting the relevant components (via UK, HK, China, or USA autofill buttons) and generating the table, use the following guide to fill in each column accurately. Note: Not every field needs to be filled for every entry; use only what's relevant to the transaction type (e.g., VAT for UK/China tax filings, payroll for employee payments). compiled accounts are kept in KATY.

  • Date: Enter the date of the transaction or event (e.g., "15/10/2025"). Use a consistent format (DD/MM/YYYY) for clarity.
  • Description: Provide a brief note about the transaction or event (e.g., "Sale of Tatebanko cards" or "Office rent payment").
  • Income Amount: Record revenue received (e.g., "£500" for UK, "HK$4000" for HK, "CNY 3000" for China, "$600" for USA) from sales or services.
  • Expense Amount: Log business costs paid (e.g., "£200", "HK$1500", "CNY 1000", "$300") for supplies or marketing.
  • Bank Transaction: Note bank activities, like deposits or withdrawals (e.g., "Deposited £1000 to guild account"). Include references if available.
  • Cash Amount: Record cash transactions, like petty cash payments (e.g., "£50", "HK$300", "CNY 200", "$75").
  • Payroll Details: If applicable, enter employee payments (e.g., "John Doe salary £2000"). Include names and dates for tax compliance.
  • VAT Amount (UK/China): For VAT-registered businesses, record the VAT portion (e.g., "£100 VAT" or "CNY 500 fapiao VAT"). Essential for tax filings.
  • Sales Tax (USA): Record state sales tax if applicable (e.g., "$50 CA sales tax"). Mandatory for US tax compliance.
  • Profits Tax (HK): Note estimated profits tax (e.g., "HK$200") for annual filings.
  • Employment Tax (USA/China): Record withholdings or contributions (e.g., "$200 FICA" or "CNY 500 social insurance").
  • Inventory Change: Track stock changes (e.g., "+50 Tatebanko cards") for asset tracking in tax reports.
  • Asset Details: Log fixed assets bought or sold (e.g., "Bought display case £500") for depreciation in tax returns.
  • Category: Classify the transaction (e.g., "Sales Revenue", "Operating Expense") for organized tax reporting.
  • Reference Number: Enter invoice/receipt ID (e.g., "INV-12345") for auditing and compliance.
  • Vendor/Customer: Name the party involved (e.g., "Supplier XYZ") for transaction verification.

How to Use: Select the relevant checkboxes, click "Generate Accounting Sheet," and fill in the table with transaction details. Download as CSV for tax filings. This covers minimal requirements for compliance: income/expense records, bank/cash statements, payroll (if applicable), and tax-specific fields. Keep records for 3-7 years (USA), 6 years (UK), 7 years (HK), 10-30 years (China).

strategy

Media is responsible for overseeing the creation of all media content across the organization, regardless of format or platform. Its flagship operation is the Heren TV platform, a video-on-demand service that primarily produces video documentaries showcasing work conducted across all guilds.

Media also manages the official Hereditarius Facebook page, which serves as the primary channel for public communication. All upcoming events, follow-ups, blog posts, and YouTube videos and projects are advertised through this page. Please note that confidential information is not shared on public platforms.

media creation

Select a company and the channels you want to post on. Then click "Generate Posts" to create recruitment-focused post texts for each selected channel.

All posts are currently written with the single goal of attracting new people (team members, collaborators, learners, customers who want to get involved, etc.). Feel free to copy-paste and adjust tone/visuals per platform.

New & improved generator – posts are now fully written, much richer, company-specific, and vary by pitch type while staying consistent in style. Every post still drives recruitment but feels natural and complete.

Content promotions (video/podcast/blog) heavily promote the actual piece + always include an easy “get involved” path. Events are correctly framed. Recruitment lists the exact roles you described (plus logical extras I added).

Fixed & simplified: only Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Email channels. All 9 companies work. Every post has unique company phrasing + clear next step.

resources

Human Resources manages all resource allocation and operational processes across Hereditarius and its individual guilds, including membership services. HR also maintains all commercial documentation, such as business plans, as well as all official guild records.

All members are assigned to a house, which is in turn assigned to a specific guild. Membership information is recorded and maintained accordingly. Please note that if a member is not affiliated with a house for three consecutive months, they will be automatically expelled from the guild.

Our Office

recruitment

Human Resources manages all new member recruitment and onboarding for Hereditarius. Prospective members are directed to the recruitment portal and proceed through the established recruitment pipeline as outlined below. Recruitment begins with purpose-driven messaging, such as "Save the Past, Build the Future," posted on targeted social media platforms. These posts attract volunteers, who submit an application via a short Google Form. Applicants are then vetted during a 15-minute call. Successful candidates are onboarded through a micro-task and subsequently upskilled via weekly "Heritage Hustle" e-learning lessons.

Top performers are invited to join an elite circle, which provides access to exclusive projects. Consistent recruitment efforts and documented achievements ensure scalability across the organization.

It is important to understand the patronage system and its role in recruitment. Every recruit must have a patron, defined as any full guild member who sponsors and takes responsibility for their client throughout the onboarding and development process.

Our Office

always advertise the recruitment portal; members get:

  • access to patron network.

  • house membership.
  • full guild membership.

journeyman

houses

A house is a group of members who operate as a single group to deliver an element of the Guild, most usually as a Business or Guild House. Houses have three levels of achievement reflected in their emblem - a quatered shield for house and guild emblems, crested for those that are fully self sufficient (ie own property, accomodation and profit).

The house sheet is a customizable template for tracking guild activities across associated houses for Hereditarius. Select a guild to autofill the regions where it operates (ticks the boxes), then generate the table to download a list of houses with their regions. All members are assigned to a house which is in turn assigned to a guild; if you are not a member of a house for 3 consecutive months you will automatically be expelled from the Guild.

guilds

The guilds function as semi-autonomous businesses, each containing separate branches known as houses. These houses are managed at the discretion of the Board by a Guild Master (GM). For operational details, please refer to the relevant business plans. Every nomral member of Hereditarius must be attached to a guild house.

The guilds are organized into three streams based on their primary focus: those dedicated to teaching historical skills, those focused on preserving historical material, and those applying historical knowledge to improve humanity. The specific guilds within each stream are outlined in the full organizational documentation.

Everyone can access your specific guild website using one of the available options below.
